Mr. Sudip Ghose holds an MBA degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and has attended Clarion College of Communications for his Post Graduate Diploma studies. He has been working with the Company since April, 2013.

Ms.Neetu Kashiramka

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Neetu Kashiramka is appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 8th April, 2020. She is a qualified chartered accountant and brings in more than 2 decades of experience in finance function across various organisations like Greaves Cotton, Jyothy Laboratories and Kewal Kiran. Her last assignment was with Greaves Cotton as Chief Finance Officer. During her career she has handled ERP implementation, Private Equity, IPO, QIP, Fund raising through multiple instruments, Merger & Acquisition, Investor relations along with core of financial control, budgeting and business partnering.
